Mental Health and Wellbeing

Welcome to our Mental Health and Wellbeing page.

Your child's mental health is as important as their physical health and in these uncertain times, we want you to know we are here to support your child and your whole family to keep mentally robust.

We all experience good days and bad days but being stuck indoors and away from our family and friends can make the bad days seem worse.

So, on this page, we are going to provide you with information and links to help you cope if you are finding something particularly challenging.

Remember we are here for you and you can always contact the school or your child's class teacher directly via email and they will do their best to find you the right kind of support.

Finally, this isn't going to last forever, and we need to stay as positive as we can so we can get through it.
